7. KYRONIQ services
Use of the KYRONIQ platform (cloud or on-premise) is governed exclusively by the commercial contract, the licence and the data processing agreement entered into with each customer, and not by these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Piraeus have jurisdiction over any dispute.
